The Terrace Retirement Community broke ground on Wednesday, July 9th, to begin an expansion which will add 48 new independent living apartments . The addition will add 12 studios, 26 1 bedroom units , and 10 2 bedroom apartments to our well-respected retirement community. Each apartment will have its own balcony or patio and full kitchen. The 2 bedroom units will include a washer and dryer inside the apartment. Along with 48 new apartments, the Terrace dining experience will expand to offer new venues such as a café and a marketplace with even more flexibility and options.
Terrace residents are excited about the growth of their retirement community which will add new friends as well as a fresh new look for our existing building. Residents are busy watching all the construction activity that has already begun. The Terrace staff has added to all the excitement by providing fresh popcorn that residents enjoy as they watch the transition and growth of the Terrace Retirement Community.
