Be warned, the senior citizens here at The Terrace are SERIOUS Mizzou fans! Once again, we showed our Tiger spirit during the March Madness basketball game. Most residents wore their black & gold attire and several even madly shook their MU pom-poms. Sadly, all our screamin’ and yellin’ didn’t help our Tigers win, but we sure had fun! Besides our usual popcorn and lemonade, the dining room offered us a choice of three “To Go” dinner boxes. It was fun all sitting together in front of the big screen TV and eating our box lunches. I can’t resist the Terrace’s chicken salad & homemade chips, while one neighbor relished a BIG, jumbo hot dog and the other enjoyed the delicious chicken tenders. The homemade brownies were the perfect finale. Even though our beloved Tigers lost, we all had a fun, exciting evening. Life at The Terrace is never boring!
