All apartments feature:
- Wall to wall carpet in living areas
- No-wax floors in kitchen and baths
- Counter top electric range
- Garbage disposal
- Frost-free refrigerator
- Individual temperature control
- Bay window with sheers
- Bath rails (upon request)
Rental Fee includes:
- Two meals daily with menu selections (breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner; see Dining page)
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Scheduled transportation services
- Utilities – excluding phone and cable
- 24-hour on site staff
- Inside storage locker
- Maintenance services
- Use of all on-site facilities
The following hold deposit will reserve a specific apartment for 30 days:
- Studio/Queen Studio $450
- One Bedroom $650
- Two Bedroom $850
This amount includes a $50 non-refundable application fee. The hold deposit will be applied to your move in costs on the day of occupancy. Move in costs include:
- First month’s rent (pro-rated as necessary)
- Security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) – The security deposit is refunded at the end of the lease as outlined in the lease agreement.
